The location was ideal, close to the beach, with easy access to transportation. the apartment was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom stocked with plenty of towels, bedding, and toiletries. However, my experience was marred by poor customer service and a room that was significantly smaller than what we had booked and paid for. Despite this, the staff at the office were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage with them before check-in. While the amenities like free wi-fi and flat-screen TV were appreciated, the lack of proper room accommodations left much to be desired. In conclusion, while the hotel had its merits such as a good location and friendly staff, the overall experience did not meet expectations, particularly in terms of cost and luxury.
